As everyone do not have ample time to perform practices like great saints, so in this 21st Century we have to get some way, where we can easily access to the divine super natural energies.
We can never see this energy or even touch it, but we can surely feel its presence. A very simple way to examine is to keep your palms in the position of cups; now keep both the palms at a distance of 2-3 inches from each other. After some time you may feel your palms are hotter than before, or you feel some attraction between them, or you feel some sensations under your palms, or many new feelings can be noted. This proves that even though we do not touch our palms there are some vibrations travelling around it which gives us this result.
As the flower shows its expression by its fragrance, the sun by its brightness and heat, moon by its shine at the night, in the same way the energy shows its expression by vibration or some unusual form of sensations in the body. This does not mean that we vibrate like a mobile vibrating mode. But, it means that you feel a thrilling sensations and your body releases vibrations (some frequencies) which are really very strong. To heal a person or to achieve some Goals in life, this kind
of vibration is very important whenever you think about it or you visualize about it.
Let us perform a simple practice to develop the skills of Visualization and understanding the structure of energy.
Keep a candle in front of you.
Make sure that the flame of the candle; do not get affected by air. (It should be stable).
Now sit in a normal position near it..!!
Try to watch the candle continuously without blinking your eyes.
When you reach to maximum capacity to stare; close your eyes for few minutes.
Now try to blink your eyes for a while and enjoy some designs or formation of color created by your eyes.
Your mind uses its creative development sector and some vivid colors are reflected in your eyes.
This is a practice to develop to visualization.
Practice this to keep the flame in your memory for more and more time when you keep your eyes closed.
Normally this is a very basic step to move in the world of healing, spirituality, and concentration development.
The concept behind this experiment is:
• To heal a person you need a strong flow of energy by vibration and visualization; you can empower this to supply more energy by keeping the vision for more time in your memory.
• The vibration of the body, feeling and intention to heal, and power of visualization are the key pillars to recuperate the strength of the patient.
Everything in this world is made twice; 1st in the mind and then in the physical world. This means that if you want to generate energy from your body. You must believe that you are a giant generator of Energy where you can transform the cosmic energy to some acceptable form of energy for the next person.
Until and unless you do not believe that we are having a tremendous amount of energy, you will not be eligible to get the energy from the universe but you will instead utilize your own body power and this will make you weak soon. Please be careful when you perform healing to anyone.
Always remember, before healing you must believe that “I CAN DO IT & I CAN HEAL ANY SEVERE PROBLEMS WITH THE HELP OF ETERNAL GRACE OF UNIVERSAL ENERGY THAT I AM ABLE TO GET.”

it as “Energy beyond Science”. This also meant that it’s all about a strong belief of
our inner strength and level of confidence to feel the energy and to activate them.
