Hundreds of workers slog 12 hours a day to prepare this specialty dish during Ramzan which is made up of mutton and wheat delicacy. Thousands of devotees feed on this dish after offering the evening prayers. This dish has become so popular that hotels across the country are planning to take it beyond boundaries and export it to NRI markets in US and even in the European sub-continent.
Most of the hoteliers say that, there is no other better time than visiting the Nizam city during the festive season. The old city hardly sleeps with so much to shop and eat. Now Hyderadi Haleem being patented as Ramzan’s specialty dishes, the food lovers yet have another excuse to order for a second helping.
