This time Karan Johar has teamed up with his all time favourite Kajol, Arjun Rampal and Kareena. With such starry starcast he would have imagined a jackpot in his hand. After all, a combination like this is the dream of many filmmakers in Bollywood. But Karan must not have imagined Salman Khan’s “Dabangg” in the close vicinity.
This is the reason why he planned for an early release than the week slotted for Salman’s movie.
One usually does not encounter such a situation but this time the entire media attention has gone towards” Dabangg”. This means this week’s Friday release has to be content with 50%-60% start since many audiences are waiting for the next week’s Eid release.
However the trade analyst have predicted that, star power coupled with brand of Dharma productions would lure audiences to the theatre and would manage a quick increase in box office collections.
