The Academy Award-winning actor recently announced that, he has been diagnosed with throat cancer and getting treatment for this. He posed for photographs on Monday night with co-stars Carey Mulligan including Shia LaBeouf (SHY'-uh luh-BUF') and director Oliver Stone. But he did not give any interviews.
LaBeouf calls the 65-year-old Douglas as “wolf.” He said that, Douglas showed no signs of weakness while making the “Wall Street” sequel that opens on Friday.
Stone says "it's a struggle" and "it's tough," but Douglas is "fighting."
Stone has also directed the original “Wall Street” in 1987. The movie featured Charlie Sheen as stockbroker hungry for success. Douglas had even won an Oscar for playing the role of Gekko.
