In the light of adverse remarks by the high court, Chief Minister is planning to ease out Gowda. The high court has asked Gowda to file an affidavit in cancelling the appointment of over 300 non –teaching staff in the above mentioned institute.
Internal pressure seems to work a lot against the medical education minister. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has insisted on dropping Gowda Bhartya Janta Party to re – induct Shobha Karandlaje.Somanna is likely to replace Gowda and join the Ministry.
After the by polls to be held on September 13,the Chief Minister is trying to expand his constituency.
