The actress will be pleading on two misdemeanor grounds, reported Las Vegas Review journal. The defense source and Clark County, Nevada, District Attorney David Roger confirmed the agreement on Sunday implying the suspension of two six month term jail and a year probation.
But the plea would give a complete control over the 29 year old actress who was arrested on account of carrying marijuana in her purse while she was coming from Cadillac Escalade driven by her boyfriend. Hilton was also charged for obstructing an officer.
Roger said "If she does not toe the line and stay out of trouble, she will do one year in the Clark County Detention Center."
