Workplace will find a change, as more number of women are switching into being the leaders of tomorrow. A survey has revealed that by 2020, one in every three workers will be a woman and they will be the controller of the workplace.
Women seem to possess better skills than men.They manage their job more cautiously , set up long term goals, being high on emotional intelligence they can change the companies culture in an in-depth manner .
"The workplace-research group Catalyst studied 353 Fortune 500 companies and found that those with the maximum number of women in senior management had a higher return on equities -- by more than a third," he said.
The job scenario and work place will fill a great shift by the time it reaches 2020. Woman will be a high source of motivation and inspiration.
